The first step is discovering where God is calling us to strengthen and grow — and that’s where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in! This simple, confidential survey invites you to reflect on your personal faith journey and share your experiences here at Prince of Peace Parish.

Prefer paper? Surveys will be available after daily and Sunday Masses in the Narthex. Completed paper surveys can be returned to the Parish Office or Hospitality Table in the Narthex after Mass.
